I am now trying to work on increasing my speed. I am happy with what I ran today and definitely feel good about it! I still can't believe I said I felt good about a run!! ;)
Caelyn has been asking me if she can run with me. Especially since she got her new school shoes last weekend. Lol She actually picked out a pair of Nike athletic shoes, and when I told her that I bet they would be good shoes to run in she got way excited. So starting tomorrow I am going to take her and go run with her. Maybe start at the beginning of the c25k program and see how she likes it. She loves to run. And so does Gryfinn, so I bet he will go with us. I may have just started something, a new family activity! And ya know, I'm pretty darn excited about it. I hope they enjoy it and wanna keep doing it!!
Oh, I really hope that they enjoy it, cause we might be doing a Color Run, and if we do it will be as a family! And I'm pretty excited about that too!!
